Maha is a British‑Lebanese cook whose passion for Lebanese cuisine is deeply rooted in her love for the food and culture of Lebanon.

Her cooking is a form of storytelling, inspired by the many regions of Lebanon and shaped by the women and men who cooked before her. She learned by watching her grandmother, her aunts, and other family members — and especially her father, whose influence continues to guide her style in the kitchen.

Maha has always been enthusiastic about introducing people to the true depth of Lebanese food. It goes far beyond the hummus and grilled meats found in restaurants. Lebanese home cooking is full of rich, comforting, and beautifully varied dishes that many people outside the culture have never had the chance to experience.

In Lebanon, food is more than just nourishment. It expresses cultural identity, diversity, and the spirit of hospitality that defines Lebanese communities. Through her classes, Maha shares not only recipes, but the warmth, stories, and traditions that make Lebanese cuisine so special.
